Our function is to publish business listings submitted by advertisers, make them discoverable to visitors, and provide AI-powered tools to dealers including automated lead capture, buyer Q&A assistants, and city directory placement.

We explicitly state the following:

• We do not verify the identity, credentials, licenses, or legitimacy of any listed business.
• We do not screen or evaluate the quality, safety, or suitability of any business or its services.
• We do not endorse, recommend, or curate any listing — all businesses are published as submitted by their owners.
• We do not investigate complaints, disputes, or claims against any listed business.
• We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between a visitor and a listed business.
• AI-generated responses on dealer pages are automated and may not reflect accurate, current, or complete information.

3 AI Features — Limitations and Disclaimers

The Platform offers AI-powered tools including, but not limited to, buyer Q&A assistants, automated lead capture, and AI-generated responses on dealer business pages. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI responses are automated and generated by language model technology. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• AI responses do not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, mechanical, or otherwise.
• The Platform is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• Dealers who activate AI features are responsible for ensuring AI responses align with their actual business, pricing, and inventory.
• Buyers who interact with AI assistants do so voluntarily. Contact information shared with an AI assistant may be forwarded to the associated dealership.

4 No Warranties on Listed Businesses

The Platform makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any business listed on the site, including:

• Accuracy or completeness of contact information, addresses, or business descriptions.
• Whether a listed business is currently operating, licensed, or in good standing.
• The quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any service offered.
• Whether any business holds the credentials, certifications, or insurance it may claim.

All listings are published in good faith based solely on information provided by the advertiser. We take no responsibility for inaccurate, outdated, or misleading listing content.

5 User Responsibilities

As a visitor to this Platform, you acknowledge and agree:

• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any business found on this site.
• You will independently verify the credentials, reviews, and reputation of any business before entering into any agreement.
• You understand that AI responses on dealer pages are automated and should not be relied upon as factual or professional advice.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable United States federal and state law.
• You will not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission.

6 Advertiser Responsibilities

Business owners who purchase advertising space or AI page services on this Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their listing at all times.
• Not misrepresent their services, credentials, location, pricing, or inventory.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business and industry.
• Accept sole responsibility for any claims, disputes, or legal action arising from their listing content, AI assistant responses, or business practices.
• Ensure that any custom information fed into AI features is accurate and lawful.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion — including listings that receive repeated verified complaints, contain false information, or otherwise violate these terms — without prior notice and without refund.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cardealer.city and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any AI features.
• Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a listed business.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information in any listing or AI-generated response.
• Services provided — or not provided — by any advertiser.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content or automated responses.

This limitation applies to all types of damages — direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8 Payments and Refunds

All payments for AI Business Pages and premium advertising listings are processed securely through our payment provider. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchased listing periods except where required by applicable law.

A listing or AI page may be removed without refund if it is found to violate these Terms of Service.

9 Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including design, layout, graphics, code, AI system prompts, and editorial text produced by cardealer.city — is the property of the Platform operators and is protected under applicable copyright law. Business listing content remains the property of the respective advertiser.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.

10 Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform — or any part of it, including AI features — at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
