We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between a visitor and a listed business.

Any decision to contact or engage with a business found on this Platform is made entirely at the visitor's own discretion and risk.

3 No Warranties on Listed Businesses

The Platform makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding any business listed on the site, including but not limited to:

Accuracy or completeness of contact information, addresses, or business descriptions.
Whether a listed business is currently operating, licensed, or in good standing.
The quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any service offered.
Whether any business holds the credentials, certifications, or insurance it may claim.

All listings are published in good faith based solely on information provided by the advertiser. We take no responsibility for inaccurate, outdated, or misleading listing content.

4 User Responsibilities

As a visitor to this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any business found on this site.
You will independently verify the credentials, reviews, and reputation of any business before entering into any agreement.
You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable United States federal and state law.

5 Advertiser Responsibilities

Business owners who purchase advertising space on this Platform agree to:

Accept sole responsibility for any claims, disputes, or legal action arising from their listing content or business practices.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that receive repeated verified complaints, contain clearly false information, or otherwise violate these terms — without prior notice and without refund.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cardealer.city and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a listed business.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information in any listing.
Services provided — or not provided — by any advertiser.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

This limitation applies to all types of damages — direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 Payments and Refunds

All payments for premium advertising listings are processed securely through our payment provider. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchased listing periods except where required by applicable law.

A listing may be removed without refund if it is found to violate these Terms of Service.

8 Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including design, layout, graphics, code, and editorial text produced by cardealer.city — is the property of the Platform operators and is protected under applicable copyright law. Business listing content remains the property of the respective advertiser.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.

9 Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
