cardealer.city ("we," "us," "our") operates as a paid online advertising platform and business directory for the United States market. We publish business listings submitted by advertisers and make them accessible to the public.
We are not a service provider, marketplace, or intermediary. We do not facilitate, oversee, or participate in any transaction between visitors and listed businesses.
2 Data We Collect from Visitors
When you browse the Platform as a visitor, we do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to view listings or contact details.

This data is used exclusively to publish, manage, and maintain the advertiser's listing on the Platform. We do not use it for marketing to third parties.

8 Data Retention
Visitor technical data (server logs) is retained for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted or anonymized.
Advertiser account data is retained for the duration of the listing subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your advertiser data by contacting us at contact page.
9 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption on all pages and secure payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or from the Platform.
10 Your Rights
