For Car Buyers
How do I find a car dealer in my city?
Go to All Cities, find your state, and click your city. You'll see all listed dealers — premium ones appear at the top, standard listings below. No account or signup required.
Do I need to create an account to browse?
No account needed. Browse all dealers, see phone numbers, visit websites — completely free and anonymous. We don't collect your information just for you to view a listing.
How do I contact a dealer?
Each listing shows the dealer's direct phone number and website link. Click to call or visit their site — we don't intercept, reroute, or monetize the contact. It's a direct line between you and the dealer.
Are the listings up to date?
Dealers renew their listings annually. Expired listings are removed or flagged. If you find a phone number that's out of service, use the report link on the listing and we'll follow up.
Does CarDealer.City sell my data?
No. We don't collect buyer data and we don't sell leads. You browse, you find a dealer, you call them yourself. That's the entire model. No forms, no follow-up emails, no ad targeting.
For Dealerships
How do I list my dealership?
Click Add Dealership in the navigation. Fill in your business name, city, phone, website, and vehicle specialization. Basic listings are free and go live after review.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free listings appear in the standard grid on your city's page. Premium listings appear at the very top with a highlighted card design, featured image, and premium badge — giving you maximum visibility before buyers scroll. See the full comparison on our Pricing page.
How long does a listing last?
Both free and premium listings are active for 365 days from the date of submission or payment. You'll receive a reminder before expiry so you can renew without any gap in visibility.
Can I upgrade from free to premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade your listing to premium at any time. Your remaining free listing period carries over — you won't lose what you've already paid for in time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Premium listings are processed securely through WayForPay. We accept all major credit and debit cards. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no recurring charges — you pay once per year.
How do I edit or remove my listing?
Contact us via the Contact page with your business name and the change you need. We'll update or remove your listing within one business day.
